Yes, Sushi Money LLC is the name of our company.
Essentially, we are real estate investors. You could call us that. And sure, we do invest in real estate. But it's more than that.
Most real estate investors buy properties as a means to some end, which is always profit.
We like profit too. Profit makes the world go round. And we can use profit to buy more houses and turn them into homes, which makes us more profit, and enables us to buy more sushi... and that's huge for us.
But we don't like that word property. We like the word home better because we believe it better describes the result of the love we put into it.
When we buy a house, our goal is to turn it into a home. This goes beyond just slapping some cheap flooring down, changing some finishes, and calling it a day.
As we’re renovating a home, we're thinking about you.
And this isn't just lip service.
We create living spaces that promote connection with friends and family. If it's a home we think a family is going to move into, we do things like put extra shelving in the bathroom, extra hooks, etc. We put fans in each bedroom if they aren't already there. Little things that make a house into a home.Our work is driven by a couple core values.1 - Make it somewhere you'd love to live: We transform houses into homes that we would love to live in ourselves.
2 - Do it right: If we're going to do the work, we might as well do it right. Cutting corners is not the way. We strongly believe in spending the extra time and money to do things the right way. Because selfishly, this ends up making us more money, which enables us to buy more houses, and get more sushi.
